My artist studio, in partnership with Cinder Hypki, has existed in Charles Peacock's property at 1738E. Lombard St., Baltimore, MD for 14 years. Throughout this time Charles Peacock has maintained the property to my satisfaction. He has always been readily available when any issue arose. He has demonstrated concern for our safety and has taken all precautions necessary. Charles Peacock, the landlord, is a respectful and caring gentleman.

Charles has been an excellent landlord and it has been my pleasure working with him for four years. He has always been prompt, attentive, and gone above and beyond to manage his properties. He maintains his properties extremely well, responds to any concerns immediately, and ensures a comfortable and pleasant rental experience. He is professional and has been proactive in improving the property, making improvements frequently both of his own volition and in response to any issues that arise, though all issues have been minor, few and far in between. I highly recommend working with him.

Without question, working with Charles Peacock was the best real estate experience I have ever had. Charles led me through the process of deciding between purchasing a property for my dental practice, or renewing my lease. He was objective, honest, very responsive, and I did not feel pressured at any time. When I finally made the decision to renew my lease, Charles worked out an arrangement with my landlord that was exceptional. He referred me to an excellent lawyer to review my lease, which resulted in an improvement in my lease terms. Charles also negotiated a reduction in my annual rent, forgiveness of several months rent next year, and a cosmetic renovation of my office. I couldn't be happier. I have attempted to renegotiate my lease in the past on my own, with no success. If you're looking for help for any commercial real estate negotiation or transaction, I highly recommend Charles.

I worked with Charles to find a medical office space. I rarely write reviews, but in the case ofC I felt that it was absolutely necessary in order to express my gratitude and satisfaction with his stellar service. Throughout the entire process of finding a medical space, which can be a daunting task, Charles was able to gracefully navigate the transaction while making the experience a pleasant one. His main focus and priority is always towards his client and ensures that they are getting the best deal possible. Charles was critical in helping me locate a commercial retail space for my budding flower studio. He was responsive every time I had a question or found a new space I wanted to look at. It's incredibly important to have someone knowledgable and capable in your corner when you are making these sort of life-altering career decisions. Charles helped us feel confident and secure in our choices, and helped get us a deal we believe is more than fair in a location that will serve us for the rest of our career. My experience with United Development Realty was Great! Charles & Rudy Peacock are the Best in the Business. I had another realtor before UDR. The other company was so self-absorbed and self-centered, that they did not have me in their best interest, In order to get the property I wanted to see, I had to send them the prospective property instead of the other way around. Charles & Rudy, They weren’t like that at all. Being in the realty business for 25+ years tell the story that you will receive quality and top notch service from these guys.
